Teodora e Porcina: faces simbólicas da natureza em narrativas de mulheres sábias

Abstract
A presente pesquisa se volta para o imaginário coletivo no qual se mantém viva a temática da heroína sábia. Duas mulheres sábias aparecem nas narrativas populares História da Donzela Teodora e a História da Imperatriz Porcina, cotejadas por Luís Câmara Cascudo em sua obra Cinco Livros do Povo. A universalidade, a mobilidade e a circularidade dessas narrativas são discutidas a partir de autores como Bakhtin e Guinzburg. A pesquisa se desenvolve a partir de três categorias chaves: o Saber Mágico como saberes da tradição (Almeida), saberes sensíveis (Lévi-Strauss), pensamento mítico/mágico/simbólico (Morin); Mulheres Sábias como as operadoras desse saber, que se confundem e se imbricam com o imaginário das bruxas e curandeiras; e Elementos Míticos que corresponde às imagens arquetípicas (Jung e Silveira), símbolos e demais imagens que remetam ao universo mágico, às crenças e práticas consideradas mágicas, ou seja, pertencentes ao imaginário da magia (Bethencourt). Teodora e Porcina são compreendidas como portadoras do saber da métis (Detienne e Vernant), ou seja, da inteligência astuta, da manipulação do phármakon (Derrida), a poção de cura, que pode ser a palavra ou o ungüento de erva. O percurso nos leva ao encontro do grande arquétipo da Mulher Sábia enquanto potência psíquica do feminino, a anima. As narrativas são bálsamos medicinais (Estés) e é no embate entre a anima e suas personificações através de mulheres sábias, e o animus, seus oponentes, que se dá a transmutação da psique, um trabalho comparável ao da alquimia. O Saber Mágico, operando através do feminino, do mito e da natureza pode recuperar seu valor indispensável junto ao paradigma emergente que aponta um humano mais completo e uma ciência mais plural
