Abstract
Työhyvinvoinnilla tehdään tulosta. Kun työntekijät voivat hyvin työpaikallaan, on silloin työnteko mielekkäämpää ja työn jälki laadukasta. \n \nTämän opinnäytetyön teko alkoi keväällä 2012. Ideana oli tutkia Suomen Lähikauppa Oy henkilökunnan työhyvinvointia. Tutkimuksella selvitettiin Pietarsaaren Siwojen työhyvinvoinnin tasoa ja tutkimuksessa ei vertailtu eri Siwoja toisiinsa. \n \nTyöhyvinvointia kartoitettiin viidestä näkökulmasta; työtyytyväisyys, työn organisointi, työturvallisuus, viihtyvyys ja ergonomia, lisäksi kyselyssä oli myös kaksi avointa kysymystä koskien palautetta ja muutosehdotuksia. \n \nTämän opinnäytetyön ja tutkimuksen avulla selvitettiin mitä työhyvinvointi on ja mitä sen pitäisi olla, sekä kuinka Suomen Lähikauppa Oy Pietarsaaren Siwoissa voidaan. Toivottavasti tämä työ herättää työnantajia ja työntekijöitä pohtimaan oman työpaikkansa työhyvinvointia.
