Abstract
Depuis de nombreuses années les cadres de l’industrie sont sujets d’études et de recherches, à contrario les cadres du travail social restent méconnus. Cet article présente une étude réalisée auprès d’eux. Les résultats mettent à jour leur malaise face à la complexité de leur fonction et leur sentiment de solitude. Enfin l’emprise du quotidien sur l’ensemble des espaces de leur vie est un risque à la fois pour eux et leurs entourages professionnels et personnels. L’enquête montre les impacts sur les différentes composantes de la santé des cadres.
