Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة للكشف عن ظاهرة سلوك التحرش الجنسي بالمرأة العاملة وعلاقته بعدم ارتياحها في مكان العمل، إضافة الى تحديد أنواع سلوكيات التحرش الجنسي في المؤسسات الجزائرية، اشتملت عينة الدراسة على10حالات في كل من المستشفى الجامعي ابن باديس –قسنطينة- ومتوسطة ابن سيناء، اتصالات الجزائر، مؤسسة انتاج الحليب، اعتمدا الباحثين على المنهج الوصفي باستعمال أسلوب تحليل المضمون، و استعملت المقابلة كأداة لجمع المعلومات، و قد توصلت الدراسة الى تعرض المرأة العاملة الى سلوك التحرش الجنسي بشتى أنواعه لفظي، غير لفظي و جسدي، كما أنه لسلوك التحرش الجنسي علاقة بعدم ارتياحها في مكان عملها مما يؤدي الى خلق حالة من التوتر وعدم الاتزان ما يولد لديها شعور بعدم الأمان ويجعلها تعيش معاناة في منصب عملها.
