Abstract
Summarises the key changes to the grant, terms and termination of residential tenancies in Wales, introduced by the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016, due to come into force on 15 June 2022. Highlights, inter alia, the distinction between standard and secure occupation contracts, tenancies excluded from the regime, and grounds for possession.
