Abstract
Nei Corsi di laurea in ambito pedagogico della Sapienza il tirocinio curricolare è attività fortemente consigliata per favorire la crescita umana e professionale dei futuri professionisti dell’educazione. Nell’organizzazione dell’attività di tirocinio è fondamentale un supporto da parte dell’università per rendere l’esperienza momento di reale apprendimento. In questo contributo si racconta un intervento didattico-formativo avviato con l’obiettivo di “allenare” i tirocinanti alla pratica riflessiva. Un laboratorio sulla pratica riflessiva si ritiene possa avere un impatto significativo dal punto di vista della ricerca e della formazione delle professionalità educative. Esso ha la potenzialità di costruire conoscenza in diversi ambiti: l’esercizio del pensiero riflessivo, l’apprendimento cooperativo nelle comunità di pratica e l’orientamento narrativo. Queste tre direzioni confluiscono in una meta comune che è quella di sviluppare una disciplina pedagogica riflessiva e critica.
