Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) di indonesia masih menjadi yang tertinggi di asia tenggara dan jauh dari target global tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Upaya pemerintah dalam menurunkan (AKI) adalah dengan menjamin akses setiap ibu terhadap pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas. Puskesmas merupakan salah satu instrumen pemerataan pelayanan kesehatan untuk seluruh penduduk Indonesia dan juga sebagai alat untuk mengurangi disparitas derajat kesehatan antar wilayah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan aksesibilitas masyarakat terhadap pelayanan kesehatan ibu dan anak serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya di Puskesmas Koto Panjang Ikua Koto yang terletak di pinggiran kota. Penelitian menggunakan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengisian kuisioner oleh responden sebanyak 100 orang wanita usia subur. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aksesibilitas masyarakat terhadap pelayanan kesehatan Ibu dan Anak di Puskesmas Koto Panjang Ikua Koto sebagai wilayah pinggiran kota dapat dikatakan mudah yang dilihat dari empat aspek yaitu jarak dari tempat tinggal dan waktu tempuh ke Puskesmas, ketersediaan fasilitas dan sumberdaya tenaga kesehatan, akomodasi dan keterjangkauan biaya.
