Abstract
La presente tesis de pregrado tiene como objetivo identificar cuáles son los estándares \ninternacionales desarrollados por la doctrina y el derecho internacional de los derechos humanos \nreferente a las políticas postpenitenciarias enfocados en adolescentes mujeres privadas de libertad. En \nese sentido, se aspira a describir los criterios normativos y programáticos que debe contener un \npostpenitenciario dirigido a mujeres adolescentes infractoras. \nLo anterior, con la finalidad de verificar si el Estado de Chile cumple con estos estándares \ninternacionales establecidos en instrumentos internacionales que ha ratificado, tanto en un nivel \nnormativo como programático
