Anàlisi de la violència filioparental en centres de menors: un estudi monogràfic

Abstract
Antecedents: el principal objectiu d’aquest estudi era conéixer les característiques sociodemogràfiques, judicials i psicològiques dels menors infractors que havien estat denunciats per violència filioparental, així com elaborar possibles perfils a partir d’aquestes característiques. Mètode: es van analitzar expedients judicials corresponents a 56 adolescents del Centro de Educación y Internamiento per Medida Judicial de Zaragoza –Espanya– que havien estat internats per violència filioparental en el període comprés entre 2006 i 2016.Resultats: els resultats indiquen una presència important d’antecedents per acolliment en centres de protecció de menors, llars familiars monoparentals, ús de substàncies psicoactives i un baix historial de reingressos en comparació d’adolescents amb altres tipus de delictes. Conclusions: es proposen quatre perfils descriptius: homes, dones, reingressos i estrangers.
