Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

This report presents airline financial statistics obtained from carrier reports to DOT on BTS Form 41 financial schedules. Effective with a rule (ER-1297) adopted July 1982, the filing frequency for income statement and balance sheet data was changed from quarterly to semiannually for medium regional carriers with annual operating revenue less than $10 million. Semiannual financial data for these carriers appear as a supplement in June and December issues of this publication. Classification of carriers within groupings is reviewed annually. When a carrier's frequency of filing financial data is changed because of reclassification, it may be necessary to use prior publications to obtain historical data. Data include income statement and balance sheet figures, in separate sections, by carrier entity for the most recent quarter and 12-month period and similar data for like periods in the previous year. Data are available since 1998.\n

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
