Abstract
Public services can support economic activities because of the distribution of \nconsumer goods. Economic growth in Lampung Province recorded in the Central \nStatistics Agency in the quarter of 2017 amounted to 5.03% which slowed \ncompared to the second quarter of 5.24% (down 0.21%). PT. IPC (Indonesia Port \nCorporation) Tbk Bandarlampung City Long Branch is ready to support Lampung \nProvince's growth target of 5.15% in 2017 by improving its services to facilitate \nthe flow of export and import of goods and to increase economic growth in \nLampung Province. The step was also carried out by cooperating with the related \nparties to support the improvement. This service improvement is always done so \nthat customer satisfaction is created for services that have been / will be provided. \nThere is a service quality policy, at PT. IPC (Indonesia Port Corporation) Tbk \nLong Branch of Bandarlampung City, this SOE has made service improvements \nin the form of e-system. \nii \nThe method used by researchers in qualitative research methods. Researchers take \nqualitative research methods because this study seeks to collect data that is \nrelevant to the facts spelling wording agreement a situation holistically by \ninvolving various scientific methods and the interest of researchers towards a \nscientific event. Based on the explanation above, the research carried out a \ndescription and analysis of the effectiveness of e-system services at PT. IPC \n(Indonesia Port Corporation) Tbk Long Branch Bandarlampung is a part of \ncontainer exports and imports, using the e-service approach indicator theory on \nthe implementation of e-government according to Indrajat (2005: 18) namely \ncontent development, competency building, connectivity, cyber laws, citizens \ninterfaces, and capital. \nE-service research at PT. IPC (Indonesia Port Corporations) of the Long Branch \nContainer Division of Bandarlampung City has provided services in line with the \nincreasingly advanced digital era. The existence of e-service portal services for \nservice users is very easy to understand and understand, and the services provided \nare fast and responsive to overcome the problems faced by customer service users \nfrom this e-system service. The regulations applied in this e-system service have \nbeen very good and firm to apply to services. \nKeywords: e-government, e-system, public service \nPelayanan publik dapat mendukung kegiatan perekonomian karena \npendistribusian barang kekonsumen. Pertumbuhan perekonomian di Provinsi \nLampung yang tercatat di Badan Pusat Statistik pada triwulan tahun 2017 sebesar \n5,03% yang melambat dibandingkan triwulan II sebesar 5,24% (turun 0,21%). PT. \nIPC (Indonesia Port Corporations) Tbk Cabang Panjang Kota Bandarlampung siap \nmendukung target pertumbuhan Provinsi Lampung sebesar 5,15% di tahun 2017 \ndengan memperbaiki pelayanannya sehingga mampu memperlancar arus ekspor \nimpor barang dan dapat meningkatkan kembali pertumbuhan perekonomian di \nProvinsi Lampung. Langkah itu juga dilakukan dengan menggandeng pihak \nterkait mendukung perbaikan tersebut. Perbaikan pelayanan ini selalu dilakukan \nagar terciptanya kepuasan pelanggan terhadap pelayanan yang telah/akan \ndiberikan. Adanya kebijakan mutu pelayanan, di PT. IPC (Indonesia Port \nCorporations) Tbk Cabang Panjang Kota Bandarlampung maka BUMN ini \nmelakukan perbaikan pelayanan berupa e-system. \niv \nMetode yang digunakan peneliti yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif. Peneliti \nmengambil metode penelitian kualitatif karena penelitian ini berusaha melakukan \npengumpulan data yang relevan dengan fakta-fakta yang ada guna memahami \nsuatu keadaan secara holistik dengan melibatkan berbagai metode ilmiah dan \nketertarikan peneliti terhadap suatu peristiwa ilmiah. Berdasarkan penjelasan \ndiatas, penelitian melakukan deskripsi dan analisis efektivitas pelayanan e-system \ndi PT. IPC (Indonesia Port Corporations) Tbk Cabang Panjang Kota \nBandarlampung bagian petikemas ekspor dan impor, dengan menggunakan teori \nindikator pendekatan e-service pada penerapan e-geovernment menurut Indrajat \n(2005:18) yaitu content development, competency building, connectivity, cyber \nlaws, citizen interfaces, dan capital. \nPenelitian e-service pada PT. IPC (Indonesia Port Corporations) Bidang \nPetikemas Cabang Panjang Kota Bandarlampung telah memberikan pelayanan \nsesuai dengan era digital masa kini yang semakin maju. Adanya pelayanan e�service portal pengguna jasa mendapatakan pelayanan dengan sangat mudah \ndipahami dan dimengerti, serta pelayanan yang diberikan cepat dan tanggap untuk \nmengatasi masalah yang dihadapi oleh customer pengguna jasa dari pelayanan \ne-system ini. Peraturan yang diberlakukan dalam Pelayanan e-system ini sudah \nsangat baik dan tegas untuk diterapkan pada pelayanan. \nKata kunci : e-government, e-system, pelayanan publik \n
