The canine candidate for mayor of St. John's, Newfoundland, might have a shot at winning.Finn is a 5 year old Australian cattle dog.He's featured in a tongue-in-cheek, campaign-style YouTube video that has been making the rounds on social media.Finn's owner said a lot of people are saying the pooch is the best candidate, but he concedes the dog's name won't actually be on the ballot.He says he made the video to draw attention to local issues like potholes and sidewalk snow clearing.He says Finn will soon be featured in another video asking people who they are voting for in the municipal election at the end of the month.
