Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The present research aims to contribute to the neoliberal rationality embedded in governance debate, specifically in the field of Covid-19 struggle politics, knowing that a critical moment (BOLTANSKI E THÉVENOT, 1999) was constructed in all societies. Our main objective was to analyze how the influence from the neoliberal rationality was embedded in the government management from the governor of the state of Rio Grande do Sul, Eduardo Leite, through his political speech in their official lives of government pages (Facebook/Youtube). In the specific objectives, we analyzed how \nthe governor speeches could be related to themes in the Covid 19 pandemic combat, involving dualities that might represent or not an neoliberal rationality, created through our theoretical references, mainly Brown (2020), Foucault (1982; 2008), Dardot & Laval (2016 a e b; 2019 a e b), Anderson (1999) and Gros (2008). We also analyzed the top two Think Tanks of RS, to relationate them with the content of the lives from the governor. To execute this research we utilizate an thematic analysis (BARDIN, 1977) of qualitative nature to study the Lives and Think Tanks.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
