La presente investigación se realizó para analizar y evaluar el nivel de conocimiento de las enfermeras en el servicio de Uci del hospital San Isidro Labrador, asimismo el reconocimiento de las complicaciones más frecuentes que encontramos con el tubo endotraqueal en pacientes covid 19, ya que es una enfermedad nueva que ha ido evolucionando velozmente en todo el mundo por los contagios por vía aérea. \n Este estudio es un análisis descriptivo, cuenta con un enfoque cuantitativo, lo cual hace uso del recojo de análisis para reconocer la hipótesis, basado en el cotejo numérico utilizando para ello técnicas estadísticas para instaurar esquemas de conducta y experimentar teorías. \nLos planes de búsqueda son de manera no experimental y las variables de búsqueda no son manipuladas ni testeadas, por lo que son transversales y correlacionadas. \nEl instrumento fue una encuesta que fue desarrollada mediante el Programa SPSS v. 22, usando como estadística alfa de Cronbach con los siguientes resultados: 0,82
