Analiza los beneficios para los inversionistas en relación con la existencia de un nuevo grupo de edificaciones comerciales certificadas en construcción sostenible con la herramienta LEED. En Perú la construcción sostenible ha tenido una recepción muy positiva por parte de los inversionistas. En el 2014 Perú recibió el primer certificado Silver con el edificio Real Diez, en el mismo año se han venido sumando cada vez más empresas comprometidas con esta mejor practica buscando terrenos y edificaciones existentes para implementar la metodología LEED, en el trabajo desarrollado se muestra los beneficios ambientales y financieros de una edificación nueva en el distrito de San Isidro con la evaluación del VAN y TIR tanto económica como la financiera para una mejor toma de decisión. Uno de los hallazgos más importantes del trabajo es que las edificaciones sostenibles en el país tienen una perspectiva a futuro de mayor valoración que aquellas edificaciones tradicionales, sin estos atributos. Los beneficios económicos obtenidos en estas edificaciones benefician tanto al inversionista como al usuario este último por su menor gasto de mantenimiento y confortabilidad en edificación sostenible.
