Abstract
Avant de commercialiser un dispositif médical (DM), il est crucial de définir son statut pour appliquer la réglementation appropriée. Ce manuscrit se concentre sur les exigences pour la mise sur le marché des DM en Europe, aux États-Unis et au Canada, en mettant l'accent sur l'importance d'un Système de Management de la Qualité (SMQ). Bien que chaque marché ait des exigences spécifiques, le Medical Device Single Audit Program (MDSAP) vise à harmoniser ces exigences. L'adoption mondiale du MDSAP reste un défi, nécessitant une veille réglementaire continue pour anticiper les évolutions et intégrer les changements dans les SMQ des entreprises, en particulier prenons l'exemple d'une start-up nantaise souhaitant internationaliser la commercialisation de son dispositif innovant.
