Educação empreendedora e governamentalidade neoliberal : uma análise da BNCC e do Almanaque Educadores: Educação Empreendedora na Prática

Abstract
O presente trabalho enquadra-se nas pesquisas pós-críticas em educação no que tange aos estudos curriculares e objetiva compreender as relações entre a BNCC e a Educação Empreendedora no Almanaque Educadores: Educação Empreendedora na prática e em como elas respondem à governamentalidade neoliberal. Empreendeu-se uma análise documental inspirada numa análise discursiva foucaultiana a partir da Base Nacional Comum Curricular e o Almanaque Educadores oriundo do SEBRAE. Como referencial teórico utilizaram-se os conceitos de Racionalidade Neoliberal, inspirada em Dardot e Laval (2019) e de Governamentalidade inspirada em Foucault (1998), Castro (2004) Lockmann (2019). A partir da produção dos dados foram construídos dois eixos analíticos a partir de expressões recorrentes nas Competências Gerais e Específicas da BNCC, sendo elas: Resolver Conflitos/Problemas e Saber Persuadir/Argumentar. Infere-se que a BNCC compreende o empreendedorismo como uma competência essencial no desenvolvimento pessoal do sujeito, contudo não a explicita nas competências gerais nem nas específicas. Desta forma, há discursividades presentes na BNCC que corroboram com o entendimento e conceitualização de educação empreendedora presentes no Almanaque Educadores e nas competências analisadas. Por fim, compreendeu-se que a educação empreendedora é uma estratégia da governamentalidade neoliberal de subjetivação do sujeito a fim de transformar o sujeito-aluno-futuro-empreendedor num indivíduo-microempresa que corresponda às competências requeridas pela racionalidade neoliberal.
