Abstract
La presente investigación denominada “Estrategia de Recaudación Tributaria para Incrementar el Nivel de Cobranza en la Municipalidad Provincial de Cutervo, tiene como objetivo general proponer un plan estratégico para los ingresos recaudados por la municipalidad Provincial de Cutervo. Se ha efectuado el trabajo de investigación, con el fin de brindar herramientas que ayuden a mejorar los niveles de cobranza, dando una mejora continúa en gestión de la recaudación tributaria municipal y alcanzar el progreso económico de la Población de Cutervo. Esta investigación es descriptivo, propositivo. Ya que describe las características y funciones de la recaudación tributaria. En esta investigación utilizaremos el muestreo intencional o de conveniencia por utilizar como muestra los individuos a los que se tiene fácil acceso. Se empleará la técnica de la entrevista, que se le aplicará al jefe del Área de Recaudación y la otra técnica análisis de datos, que se le aplicará a los trabajadores del área de recaudación y a la población de la muestra seleccionada.
