Abstract
-- \nABSTRACT : The goal of any company is the permanent pursuit of profit. Thus, organizations must take into account the importance of human resources to facilitate their sustainability. However, management methods are different from one company to another, or even from one country to another. This research work therefore attempts to compare human resources management techniques in Senegalese and Quebec companies, and particularly their management of cultural diversity and gender. To better understand this objective and answer questions related to human resources management, cultural diversity and gender, autopraxeography is the method used to share our own experiences and memories with other people. Our results reveal differences in Senegalese and Quebec management practices. The main factors that differentiate human resources management techniques between Senegal and Quebec are identified through the shortcomings noted in the Senegalese organization. These failures are characterized by employee management, namely compliance with labour regulations, work organization, remuneration, recruitment and staffing. Thus, the analysis of research results in these two areas, Senegal and Quebec, shows that it is not only the differences that pose a problem, but the way they are integrated into business management activities.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.

machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
