Abstract
La Fàbrica Nova de Manresa, construïda el 1922 en ple auge de la indústria tèxtil a la capital del Bages, va tancar les seves portes el 1989. Des d'aleshores, malgrat ser un símbol per la ciutat i la seva història recent, la mala gestió i diversos entrebancs han fet que hagi caigut en un estat gairebé ruïnós. Aquest projecte pretén rehabilitar aquesta nau industrial per a què pugui albergar usos diversos per a la ciutadania entre els quals es troba la nova seu de la UPC a la Catalunya Central.
