Abstract
RESUMEN: Además de los temas sustantivo y operativo, lo procedimental se ha convertido en asunto básico en cualquier proceso de negociación de la paz en el mundo. A este componente hay que considerarlo antes de iniciar los acercamientos, durante las negociaciones y luego de la puesta en marcha de lo acordado. El artículo hace una descripción y un análisis de la forma como se ha abordado y desarrollado el tema procedimental en el actual proceso de paz que tiene el Gobierno Nacional y las Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia- Ejército del Pueblo, Farc-ep. El análisis inicia en agosto de 2010 y se extiende hasta hoy (final de 2013) donde se pasa por la segunda fase. Se muestra cómo a esta negociación se le han introducido tanto las lecciones aprendidas de procesos pasados −nacionales e internacionales− como los que sugieren los estudios de paz, lo que ha permitido construir un proceso fuerte en lo procedimental.
