Abstract
Ce document présente des outils développés par l'Observatoire OTERAUD dans le cadre de son mandat visant à accompagner les MRC dans la mise en place d'un système de monitorage. Bien que le travail soit toujours en cours, les éléments présentés dans ce document sont tout de même considérés comme ayant atteint une maturité assez grande pour justifier de les partager, et par le fait même, de les tester afin d’évaluer s’ils répondent bien aux besoins du milieu de l’aménagement du territoire régional québécois. Le dossier contient 5 documents soit: 1-Un document d’accompagnement qui replace la démarche dans son contexte et présente la méthodologie. 2-Une banque d’indicateur de laquelle sont tirées les fiches synthèses qui sont présentées 3-Le canevas de la fiche synthèse 4-Une grille d’évaluation 5-Une sélection de 17 fiches synthèses complétées.
