Gary Johnson, 63, said he plans to ride his bike nearly 3,000 miles along the Continental Divide from Canada down into New Mexico sometime in early June. Third party presidential candidate Gary Johnson is already thinking about his next challenge -- and it has nothing to do with politics.The former New Mexico governor says he wants to ride his bike nearly 3,000 miles along the Continental Divide.The Great Divide Mountain Bike Route goes from Banff in Alberta, Canada, to Antelope Wells in New Mexico.He's hoping to start the route in early June.Johnson -- who's 63 -- tells the Albuquerque Journal he's now dedicating himself to health and fitness after his Libertarian Party run.Johnson got more than 4 million votes, about 3 percent of the total.He adds he has no regrets about running for president for the second time and finishing a distant third...Johnson says he's stay politically active -- just not as a candidate.
