La rilevanza della monografia di Martinico potrebbe essere sintetizzata nelle dizioni di elastica ma solida, densa ma non concentrata, flessibile e dinamica e soprattutto condita da uno stile espositivo che rende il lavoro scorrevole e mai problematico anche per gli studiosi che non si occupano attivamente dei temi ivi contenuti. D’altronde lo scopo dell’Autore, sicuramente, è non di poco conto: leggere, mediante lo scorrere delle parole della Corte Suprema canadese, le più importanti esperienze e sfide del costituzionalismo odierno, bilanciando il metodo diacronico e sincronico con grande abilità stilistica e soprattutto nell’organizzazione del volume...
