Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan supaya mengetahui perencanaan dan pengelolaan keuangan APBDes terhadap pembangunan insfrastruktur di Desa Kloposepuluh Kecamatan Sukodono Kabupaten Sidoarjo dan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian antara yang diterapkan dengan Peraturan Pemerintah atau Peraturan Bupati Sidoarjo mengenai pengelolaan keuangan APBDes. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan analisis dokumen sehingga dapat dibuat menjadi kesimpulan. Keabsahan data dapat diperiksa melalui metode triangulasi yang hasil dari penelitian menurut Peraturan Pemerintah atau Peraturan Bupati Sidoarjo kemudian akan dibandingkan dengan hasil yang diterapkan melalui wawancara dengan Kepala Desa, Badan Permusyawaratan Desa, dan Sekertaris Desa mengenai perencanaan keuangan Desa di Desa Kloposepuluh.
