I cani possono presentare sintomi quali: alopecia, prurito, eritema, pustole. Abstract Keywords: demodicosis, scabies, dog, retrospective investigation. Introduction: The demodicosis is a common disease of pets, defined as an inflammatory parasite disease due to an uncontrolled proliferation of commensal skin mite demodex sp. Some breeds are at higher risk for demodicosis. The disease is more common in puppies but can also occur in adult. Transmission occurs from bitch to puppies during the first 2 or 3 days of life through direct contact and nursing. The mite invades the hair follicles of dogs. Dogs can present those symptoms: alopecia, pruritus, erythema, pustules. This disease is diagnosed by skin scrapings and highlighting mites. Scabies is a skin infestation caused by the mite Sarcoptes scabiei. All breeds, sex and age can be affected and it is a zoonosis. This mite digs burrows in the upper layers of the skin. The most likely symptom it’s an intense itching with rapid onset. It might be difficult to diagnose scabies mites with the scraping, therefore scabies should be considered in dogs with intense itching non seasonal. Material and methods: This study evaluated the clinical cases of dogs suffering from sarcoptic mange and demodicosis that occurred at the "Mario Modenato" hospital in S Piero a grado, from 2010 to 2015. The aim of the following thesis was to analyze in via retrospective cases in order to obtain data regarding clinical epidemiology, age, breed and gender, types of demodex, different forms, distribution and various lesions, therapy performed and by a telephone control its effectiveness. Results: From assessing cases of demodex: was a prevalence of females (53%) over males (47%). The breeds were more predisposed the English Bulldog (12,5%), the French Bulldog (7.8%), the bull terrier (6,2%). Age at diagnosis: up to one year (68,7%) more than a year (31.3%).Type of demodex the most observed (92,2%) D.canis. Telephone control results: during treatment (95.5%) of the owners did not find any side effects, also the (53%) reported that the treatment lasted up to a month and (75%) indicated that they saw improvement within 3 weeks, and finally (83%) did not see relapses instead of (17%) that had relapses and among these, the (54%) did a new therapy instead of (45%) that continued the same therapy. From the evaluation of cases of scabies: was a prevalence of males (61.3%) over females (38.7%). The breeds that were more predisposed: Beagle, Poodle, Newfoundland, Cocker spaniel, Labrador (6.45%). Scraping outcomes: positive scraping (45%) negative scraping (55%). The symptom most represented: itching (100%). Telephone control results: during treatment (100%) of the owners did not find any side effects , also (50%) reported that the treatment lasted between 4-6 weeks and over (60%) indicated they had seen improvements within 7- 10 days , finally (100%) did not detect any relapses .

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
