Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como propósito fomentar y promover el desarrollo de los medianos y pequeños empresarios a través de las entidades microfinancieras, ayudando a mejorar el nivel y situación de los negocios que se encuentran en este sector y por efecto la reducción del alto grado de informalidad que afecta a nuestra economía. \nCon este aporte se quiere llegar a difundir y fomentar la cultura empresarial que la gran mayoría de este sector desconoce, ya que en una gran parte los responsables del fomento de la información no llegan a cubrir los focos principales que lo único que hace es incrementar el índice de informalidad en nuestra economía. \nCon esto lo que se quiere lograr es el apoyo y asesoría de las MYPES para este sector ubicado en la plataforma Andrés Avelino Cáceres que les permitan mejorar el nivel de trabajo y a su vez tener amplio conocimiento empresarial mediante charlas y asesorías que les ayude a crecer como empresa y así ayude a reducir la informalidad que como sabemos da origen a la evasión tributaria y esta ocasiona delitos tributarios que conllevan a sanciones penales.
