Abstract
El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado se centra en la Fundación Dolores Sopeña, una<br />entidad sin ánimo de lucro situada en el barrio de San Pablo de Zaragoza , conocido <br />como “El Gancho“.<br />Este trabajo se divide en dos partes. En primer lugar, se realizan dos investigaciones <br />sobre la Fundación Dolores Sopeña, la primera, a través de una entrevista en <br />profundidad a la dirección del Centro, que permite conocer con detalle la institución y <br />las actividades que desarrolla, y la segunda, a través de una encuesta, que permite <br />determinar sus fortalezas y debilidades. En la segunda parte, más creativa, se realiza un <br />Plan de Comunicación. En él, en base a las investigaciones anteriores, se establecen los <br />objetivos que se intentarán alcanzar con las estrategias y acciones planteadas.<br /><br />
