Abstract
À la veille des 100 jours de gouvernement Trump, quelle analyse peut-on réaliser du type de politique menée ? Y a-t-il un fil rouge qui permette de décrypter l’avalanche de décrets du président, son style de communication, son style de gouvernance ? Pour répondre à ces questions, on peut convoquer différentes grilles de lecture. Nous nous pencherons ici sur un terme qui rencontre un large écho, chez les observateurs avertis comme chez nombre de manifestants aux Etats-Unis : celui de "fascisme". A quel point est-il adapté et à quel point permet-il de comprendre ce qui se joue chez nos voisins transatlantiques ? Voici quelques éléments de réflexion, avec l’éclairage de François Debras, politologue et professeur associé au "Centre d’Etudes Démocratie" à l’ULiège ainsi qu’à la Haute Ecole Libre Mosane.
