El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado pretende indagar sobre la instauración del modelo coeducativo en las aulas y la inclusión de la comunidad LGBT en determinados centros de la localidad de Mairena del Aljarafe, Sevilla. Para ello se desarrollará una investigación dirigida a docentes, familias y jóvenes andaluces LGBT. Vivimos en una sociedad patriarcal en la que, pese a las nuevas medidas y normativas, seguimos teniendo interiorizados roles y estereotipos de género, así como la presunción de la heterosexualidad como la única orientación sexual común en el alumnado. Una vez expuesto el marco teórico, conceptual y legislativo se presentan los datos obtenidos de nuestra muestra. Los y las docentes son un importante agente socializador en la educación de los y las menores, aunque no podemos olvidar el impacto que ejercen las familias sobre ellos y ellas. Los resultados de las encuestas nos muestran algunos de los prejuicios, estigmas, y escaso conocimiento que todavía abundan en materia de inclusión a la diversidad afectiva-sexual y educación no sexista. Concluiremos con la necesaria reforma en la formación de los futuros y futuras docentes del Grado de Educación Primaria y, de la esencial unión entre escuela y familia para erradicar aquellos pensamientos y actitudes basados en estereotipos de género
