Abstract
Prendendo spunto dagli interventi davanti alla Corte Suprema, il contributo si propone di avviare una prima riflessione sul ruolo, sulle peculiarità e sulle caratteristiche dell’esercizio del ministero pastorale della Conferenza episcopale in una società multiculturale e multireligiosa come da tempo si presenta quella canadese. The paper studies the role of the Canadian Conference of the Catholic Bishops in a multicultural country. In particular, it investigates its action as Amicus Curiae before the Supreme Court of Canada.
