Abstract
Pendant la dernière année, les événements mettant en cause le droit à la vie privée se multiplient à un rythme effarant. Les médias font état de procès et de jugements touchant au droit à l’image et au droit de regard des héritiers sur la biographie d’une personne décédée. Industrie Canada ainsi que le Ministère québécois des Relations avec les citoyens et de l’immigration mènent des consultations et annoncent de nouvelles interventions législatives pour mieux réglementer la protection des renseignements à caractère personnel dans le secteur privé.
