Abstract
Aquest treball té com a objecte l'estudi de la declaració unilateral d´independència de Kosovo, així com els seus precedents . En primer lloc, s'analitzen els requisits del Dret Internacional per esdevenir estat, així com les obligacions dels subjectes de \ndret internacional. A continuació, es realitza una aproximació temporal, espacial i geogràfica del cas, per permetre al lector entendre el context. Posteriorment, es realitza un examen al procés jurídic que va derivar en la secessió unilateral de \nKosovo , així com una anàlisi a les actuacions de la comunitat internacional. Finalment, exposem les conclusions del cas.
