La place de la qualité de vie au sein de la copropriété des immeubles bâtis
Bibliographic record
Abstract
The law n°65-557 from the 10th of July 1965 determining the status of the condominium of the built buildings has been changed several times in order for them to take into account the societal stakes which were evolving. Among them, the quality of life. Nowadays’s condominium presents several questions, which, for the most part, have an impact on the everyday’s life of the inhabitants. Neighborhood’s relations, the security of the buildings, but also the restoration in condominium are here referred. The legislator tends to improve que quality of life of the inhabitants in condominium, by changing or creating new laws which are adapting to the societal stakes. However we can see a prevalence of the collectif’s interest on the individual’s interest in the recent laws, which may harm the quality of life of the inhabitants in the long term. Henceforth, knowing that condominium represent more than the quarter of the French housing stock, it’s time to increase awareness on this notion.

Full frame machine prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
