Abstract
En este trabajo se presentan los resultados de una investigación que se planteó como objetivo identificar el impacto que tiene para los empleados aparecer en la revista interna de la organización para la cual trabajan, mediante una investigación de diseño no experimental de tipo exploratorio descriptivo, basado en el paradigma cualitativo, utilizando el método de estudio de casos, a través de la técnica de entrevista en profundidad. Los hallazgos muestran que los trabajadores de la planta en México que aparecieron en el número seleccionado de la revista interna electrónica de una empresa dedicada a la manufactura de tarjetas electrónicas, paneles y servidores, la cual tiene su sede en Toronto Canadá, con presencia mundial, reforzaron la identidad y sentido de pertenencia, se sintieron reconocidos al contribuir con el logro de los objetivos de la empresa, aumentó su compromiso con la organización, convirtiéndose en modelos a seguir por los demás trabajadores después de haber aparecido en la publicación interna, y además se incrementó su autoestima, seguridad y nivel de socialización.
