Abstract
La langue est le reflet de note pensée. De ce fait, la langue peut être porteuse de discriminations de genre, mais peut également être un moyen de combattre ces mêmes discriminations. L’utilisation de l’écriture inclusive permet de redonner de la visibilité à celles qui ont été gommées de la langue et de leur faire une place dans la langue et donc dans la société. Ce travail analyse la langue employée sur les sites web d’entreprises françaises, espagnoles et canadiennes oeuvrant pour l’égalité des genres. Ces entreprises ont été choisies en fonction d’un label de qualité reconnu dans le domaine. Le but de cette recherche est d’observer les différentes formes de langage inclusif. La rédaction inclusive est presque complètement absente du site web de ces entreprises.
