Abstract
У роботі досліджено теоретичні засади управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємств ресторанного господарства, розкрито сутність поняття «конкурентоспроможність», проаналізовано основні фактори її формування та методи оцінювання. На прикладі ресторану-піцерії «Італійський квартал» проведено аналіз ринку ресторанних послуг України, надано характеристику діяльності закладу, здійснено оцінку його конкурентоспроможності та виявлено проблемні зони. Розроблено практичні напрями удосконалення управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства з урахуванням сучасних викликів ринку в умовах війни, зокрема запровадження програми лояльності, оновлення меню, маркетингові ініціативи та покращення внутрішньої організації.
