Abstract
RESUMEN: El Marketing es una disciplina que poco a poco ha ido incursionando en los archivos como apoyo a la gestión y como herramienta para dar a conocer y promocionar los productos, programas, servicios e infraestructura del área documental en una compañía sin importar su razón social. Con el siguiente trabajo se busca que la compañía Griffith Foods (Colombia) no vea el archivo solo como una bodega, sino que por medio de un trabajo de concienciación se comience a visualizar como un factor estratégico en la toma de decisiones y que allí se realizan diferentes actividades y no exclusivamente encarpetar y almacenar documentos.
