Abstract
El Xalet del Nin, també conegut com a Xalet de Miramar, és una edificació enlairada situada \ndins d’un recinte emmurallat que hi ha damunt les roques d’Adarró al turó de Sant Gervasi. Fou \nconstruït l’any 1913 a una alçada de 17 metres aproximadament respecte el nivell del mar, just \nsobre l’espigó marítim que separa les platges de Ribes Roges i la platja dels Capellans (de \nSant Gervasi o del Xiringuito) al municipi de Vilanova i la Geltrú (Garraf). \nEl Camí de Sant Gervasi travessa els terrenys de l’Ortoll des del carrer del Montseny, al Nordest, fins al carrer de l’Escórpora situat al racó de Santa Llúcia, al Sud-oest. \nAquest camí és l’únic d’aquests terrenys que s’ha pavimentat pel pas de vehicles, ja que és el \nmés transitat perquè permet arribar a l’Escola Llebetx, al turó de Sant Gervasi on està ubicat el \nXalet del Nin i les finques dels voltants. És d’un sol sentit de circulació, des del c/Montseny (on \nneix) fins al c/Escórpora (on mor), és a dir de Nord-est a Sud-oest. \nDesprés de realitzar un estudi a la tota la zona, s’adoptarà a la substitució de les estructures \nque permeten creuar la línia del ferrocarril degut al mal estat i a que s’han quedat insuficients, \ns’urbanitzarà parcialment els terrenys de l’Ortoll pensant en una futura expansió territorial, es \ndotarà la zona d’enllumenat públic, d’espais verds i places pel descans i el lleure.
