Abstract
Quello delle scelte di fine vita è un territorio di dialogo continuo fra giudici, studiosi e legislatori; ciò è confermato da alcuni recenti sviluppi in Canada, Inghilterra, Francia. Nel panorama internazionale, l’Italia è un’eccezione: il Parlamento italiano sta ritardando indefinitamente la discussione dei disegni di legge presentati da alcuni dei suoi membri, mentre il Governo nazionale sfida, davanti alla Corte costituzionale, la legge del Friuli-Venezia Giulia che offre ai suoi cittadini l’opportunità di redigere e di registrare le loro dichiarazioni anticipate in campo sanitario.
