Abstract
The Canadian Historical Association is pleased to announce its twenty-first Sir John A. Macdonald Prize compétition.The prize in the amount of $1,000 will be awarded by the Canadian Historical Association at its Annual Meeting in June 1999, for the non-fiction work of Canadian history "judged to hâve made the most significant contribution to an understanding of the Canadian past".
