Abstract
[CA] En el present Treball Final de Grau es procedeix a realitzar l’estudi detallat d’una vivenda unifamiliar de principis del segle XX. Totes les vivendes que foren construïdes en aquest període tenen entre elles unes similituds tipològiques tant de distribució com de construcció, ja que les necessitats eren les mateixes. Parlem aleshores d’unes construccions que pretenien satisfer, per una banda unes necessitats bàsiques d’habitabilitat i, per altra banda, unes necessitats ramaderes. Per començar, es du a terme una contextualització històrica del poble que ens condiciona la vivenda en el moment de la seua construcció. Posteriorment, s’analitza la distribució de la casa en planta i el sistema constructiu de la època per conèixer millor els elements que la componen . I acabarem amb un estudi patològic el més precís possible per a proposar una intervenció que s’ajuste a la normativa vigent . La vivenda ha estat habitada fins fa poc de temps. Concretament, fa un any i mig que no hi viu ningú i, durant aquest període de temps, l’edifici ha anat envellint ràpidament, essent necessària una intervenció per poder habitar-la de nou. Aleshores, esperem que aquest treball siga un projecte que, posteriorment, es puga dur a terme.
