Abstract
Tesis ha desarrollarse a continuación esta basada en un proyecto para mercadea el servicio telefónico del banco del Pichincha (telenexo) basándose solo en la regional Guayaquil. Telenexo es una de las mejores alternativas que brinda el Banco Pichincha a sus clientes. básicamente, los clientes pueden llamar y realizar operaciones tales como transferencias, información de saldos, etc. Una estrategia de comunicación eficiente solucionara el inconveniente que según datos del departamento de mercadeo de diciembre del año 2002, el 40% de los clientes no saben como opera.
