Abstract
Esta investigación muestra situaciones reales en un conjunto residencial en el Norte de la ciudad de Bogotá D.C., sobre temas relaciones con convivencia. Contar con testimonios y distintas opiniones por parte de los residentes de este conjunto, permitió analizar y profundizar sobre algunos comportamientos en particular. Se logrará mostrar que algunos problemas o conflictos pueden nacer de la cotidianidad, del día a día. Sin embargo, existen otros que se desencadenan por no tomar decisiones a tiempo o aumentan porque sus respuestas se dilatan. Cada conjunto con sus copropietarios, consejo de administración y administración manejan problemáticas distintas. Por esto, es importante el tema de liderazgo en Propiedad Horizontal, ya que debe ser integral quien esté al frente como representante legal del inmueble. Las sanciones son parte de una solución, pero no representan la solución definitiva a todos los problemas, existe la prevención y la educación; y es allí donde habita uno de los mayores retos para quienes orientan los conjuntos residenciales.\nEsta investigación, motivo al autor a integrarse y ser parte del Comité de Convivencia 2020-2021. La intención es iniciar nuevamente un comité de convivencia después de muchos años de ausencia; el interés es ser parte de la solución y no del problema. La motivación radica en aprovechar todo el conocimiento adquirido en este proyecto para llevarlo a cabo a la realidad, y generar en la práctica con otros integrantes, junto con la administración, estrategias y propuestas de mejora.
