Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

This study explored the Communication System for Hospital (CIH) proposing criteria for evaluating the quality of data in order to signal the existence of the limiting aspects and contribute to the improvement of data quality of this important source of information. The work also aims at encouraging the use of CIH, highlighting its potential use in epidemiology and health management in the country. This is one ecological study in a database at the national level, between 2007 and 2008.The methodology used in assessing the quality of the data was based on the experiences of the Canadian Institute for Health Information and the Inter-Agency Network for Health Information (Ripsa), adapting its concepts and recommendations to the needs inherent CIH.The study showed that during the period analyzed, the database of the CIH has weakness in the data collection, but has shown good consistency and completeness of the information in the series.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
