Abstract

Human life is not free from problems. When problems arise, people tend to feel anxiety, anxiety, stress, or even other diseases that often occur confusion with what the right solution to solve the problem. Allah (SWT) has listed in the Qur'an many verses that provide solutions for all kinds of anxiety. One example of a life crisis is the quarter life crisis or quarter century crisis among people in the age range of 18-30 years. who feel concern with the future, do not have a clear direction, confused and upset about the uncertainty. Usually this anxiety includes relationships, romantic relationships, careers, and social life. Based on the phenomenon mentioned,the author tries to further examine the solutions of the Qur'an to the phase of the quarter life crisis. 
\n The method used to analyze the solution of the Qur'an against future anxiety using thematic study of the Qur'an or commonly called maudhu'i. it is the search and gathering of verses that have a load of anxiety and Anxiety Solution verses in the Qur'an. Then filter out what the authors think has a connection with this study. Conducted with a descriptive approach, the main research data is explained by processing the existing data and then interpreting it into concepts that can support the objectives and research topics.
\n The results of the study, namely, anxiety is not specifically discussed in the Qur'an, but reflects the value implied broadly including understanding. The Qur'an describes it as follows : 1. Khauf is a state of despondent heart there is no peace of something in the Future, 2. d}iq that is the narrowness of the soul, triggered by doubts sourced in the Heart, 3. Halu’a That is the nature of complaining, and 4. h}uzn is sad. Then the solutions that exist in the Qur'an to avoid anxiety include: hard effort to look to the future, keep trying to follow God's guidance, Istiqomah in goodness, sincere, reaching the future with faith, piety and good deeds
