Abstract
L’objectiu d’aquest projecte és crear un viver d’empreses destinat a l’allotjament de petites empreses i artistes independents a la regió d’Île de France.\nEs parteix amb la cerca d’una parcel∙la disponible per a la construcció d’un viver d’empreses, amb fàcil accés als transports públics i amb un preu del sòl inferior al de París. La parcel∙la escollida, situada al municipi de Montreuil, compleix els requisits demanats; 4.000m² de sòl disponible, possibilitat de construcció de locals terciaris i locals d’artesans,\nconnexió amb París amb la línia 9 del metro i un preu del sòl a una tercera part del mercat de París. No obstant, trobem a la mateixa parcel∙la les restes d’una antiga fàbrica de guix i ceràmica,\nconcretament l’estructura metàl∙lica d’una de les naus i la xemeneia. El límit entre parcel∙les està definit per murs de pedra d’una alçada variable. També trobem restes de murs agrícoles en el límit amb la rue Marcel Dufriche. Aquest elements seran conservats i rehabilitats en el projecte.
