Abstract
Diplomová práce má poskytnout čtenáři komplexní přehled všech aspektů týkajících se výživného k nezletilému dítěti. Práce je členěna do šesti kapitol, kdy první kapitola se věnuje historickému vývoji institutu výživného. Převážná část práce pak poskytuje zhodnocení současné právní úpravy v České republice. Vysvětluje samotný institut výživného a rozebírá vznik, trvání a zánik nároku na výživné, převážně ve vztahu k nezletilému dítěti. Následně se práce zabývá určováním výše výživného a procesem vymáhání výživného.\nV poslední části přináší autor vlastní návrhy na zlepšení současné právní úpravy.
