Abstract
[ES] El objetivo de este Trabajo Fin de Máster es el estudio comparativo de las diferentes alternativas energéticas para su uso en climatización de edificios en el sector residencial y terciario. Dicho estudio se realiza desde diversos puntos de vista a fin de poder determinar qué tecnologías son las más adecuadas para climatizar según el tipo de situación que se produzca. Las tecnologías, tratadas en el estudio, están basadas en la energía solar térmica y fotovoltaica, geotermia, biomasa y cogeneración. Se realiza un análisis descriptivo de las alternativas escogidas. Se han determinando sus ventajas, inconvenientes y sus aplicaciones, además de otros aspectos. Posteriormente, se realiza un estudio de caso, donde se exponen ejemplos de instalaciones reales con las características anteriormente tratadas, para poder evaluar los resultados, rendimiento energético y ambiental.
