Abstract
Ce rapport présente les différentes étapes d’un projet de recherche financé par le Conseil de Recherche en sciences humaines du Canada (CRSH) et vise à en laisser une trace écrite informatique facile à consulter pour quiconque voudrait rendre compte des résultats de la recherche.\n\nCe document est structuré de la manière suivante. Le contexte présente le centre d’intérêt du LADIPE et les circonstances de l’étude. La problématique a été reprise intégralement du projet de recherche, mais adaptée aux nouvelles conditions de la recherche. Ensuite, les objectifs spécifiques sont présentés, suivi de l’objectif général de la recherche. Le deuxième chapitre expose un cadre théorique intégrateur de la recherche qui repose sur les différents axes abordés par celle-ci : insertion professionnelle, identité professionnelle, développement de savoirs et de compétences, transfert des apprentissages, soutien aux nouveaux enseignants par la formation continue et le mentorat. Ensuite, vient le chapitre sur la méthodologie où recherche, échantillonnage, collecte de données, traitement et analyse sont présentés. Le dernier chapitre, celui de la présentation des résultats, fait état des résultats obtenus d’une part dans un cadre descriptif et compréhensif : 1) présentation d’un programme; 2) Quatre études de cas; 3) Synthèse des questionnaires et d’autre part dans le cadre évaluatif : 1) Évaluation de programme.
